
Refund Policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you purchased a physical copy of a book, exchanges only are available if the book is damaged.
Before a new copy is sent, you must first return the damaged copy. To be eligible for an exchange on damages, it must be damages that we are at fault for. Normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchanges.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All digital materials are learning materials and are not refundable after purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get your exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, a new item will be sent.
Refunds
Refunds are only eligible on physical books if the package has not been opened in any manner and the seal on the book is not tampered with. You will have 7 days from delivery to return for a full refund.
Refund on courses and programs are non-refundable once you have access the material and course progress has been made.
Apparel Refunds
If you have purchased any apparel or accessories, you will have 7 days from delivery to return for a full refund. Refunds on apparel are only accepted if the item has not been worn, stained, excessively stretched, damaged, or returned in a poor manner.
